As our products include fragile dinnerware such as bowls, plates, ladles, and serving platters, we take extra care in packaging and handling to ensure items arrive in good condition.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packed, dispatched, and delivered so customers have a clear understanding of delivery timelines and costs before completing a purchase.

1. Shipping Coverage

Soraveux currently ships exclusively within Malaysia.
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched domestically.

2. Fragile Product Packaging & Handling

Due to the delicate nature of our dinnerware products, all orders are prepared using enhanced protective packaging, including:

  • Multiple layers of bubble wrap
  • Protective inner padding to prevent movement
  • Reinforced outer packaging suitable for fragile items
  • Careful manual packing to minimize transit impact

While we take every reasonable precaution, damage may occasionally occur during courier handling. If this happens, customers are protected under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Order Processing Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM (GMT +8, Malaysia Time) on business days will be processed according to our standard handling schedule.
  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM, on weekends, or on Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Handling Time

All orders require 1 to 3 business days for handling and preparation before dispatch.

  • Handling time begins after payment confirmation
  • Orders are packed and fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays

5. Transit Time & Delivery Schedule

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • 2 to 6 business days (domestic delivery)

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday only, based on courier availability and delivery location.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery timeframe, including handling and transit, is:

3 to 9 business days from order confirmation

This estimate excludes weekends and Malaysian public holidays.

7. Shipping Fees

Soraveux offers free shipping on all orders within Malaysia.

  • No minimum purchase required
  • No hidden or additional shipping fees
  • Shipping costs are fully covered by Soraveux

8. Currency & Payment Considerations

All product prices and shipping-related transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or conversion fees. These fees are determined solely by the financial institution and are outside of Soraveux’s control.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High-volume delivery periods

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

10. Receiving Your Order

For fragile items, we strongly recommend that customers:

  • Inspect the parcel upon arrival
  • Record a clear unboxing video when opening the package

This helps us assist you quickly in the rare event that an item arrives damaged.
